TEAM TRAINING

Our team training is designed specifically to help you burn fat, build muscle and feel good. Over the past 15 years we have been lucky enough to have studied under some of the best coaches in the world which allowed us to put together the most cutting edge training programs to ensure you as our team member get the best results possible. All of our programming is customized based on your level of experience, level of fitness and overall goals. Our team training is for all ability levels and just to make sure it’s a perfect fit for both of us we do offer a 2 week trial with a 100% money back guarantee. TEAM TRAINING 2.0

We developed Team Training 2.0 to provide our more experienced members with some advanced training programs. The sessions are designed to take your mind and body through more technical and more physically demanding workouts. Our 2.0 training is available by invitation only. Usually after 4-8 weeks of conditioning we will invite you to check out one of the 2.0 sessions to test your newly developed strength and conditioning.

Team Blackburn Yoga is conveniently located inside our training facility and, as a member, you will have full access to all yoga classes.

KETTLEBELLS

Although kettlebells have been around for thousands of years over the past 10 years they’ve hit the mainstream fitness and can now be found in almost every gym on the planet. People from all walks of life are now using these objects to get both lean and strong. It’s fair to say that training with kettlebells is both fun and highly effective and will 100% help you burn body fat, build muscle and transform your body as long as the moves are taught and executed correctly. Our expert certified coaches have now been using these tools for many years to help our team members achieve life changing results both safely and effectively. You’ll be happy to know that every single one of our members have access to a FREE kettlebell workshop to prepare you with the necessary skills.

YOGA

After researching the powerful benefits of yoga we decided to bring on board a couple of highly experienced and passionate yoga instructors. This allows our members to train during the week and then take a yoga class on a weekend to fully relax the mind and body. Lets face it we’re surrounded by both mental and physical stress from life and we have to do everything in our power to keep that stress to a minimum. Yoga has been used for thousands of years to do just that as well as keep you strong, flexible, energized and highly focused.
