Our Team Training is designed specifically to help you burn fat and build muscle while having fun.

You will experience camaraderie, and push your boundaries in a safe environment. This class is for all ability levels and is customized based on your experience, fitness and overall goals.


Our more experienced members have the option of using our advanced training programs designed to take your mind and body through more technical, physically demanding workouts.

If you are already strong and want to push your boundaries, you are in the right place. We specialize in athletes who need to build core strength to complement their training.


Kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years and they don’t get old. They help people from all walks of life to get lean, strong, burn body fat, build muscle and sculpture their bodies.


Yoga and stretching promote a healthy and supple body, while reducing both mental and physical stress.

Our experienced and passionate instructors create the right environment to take you beyond your limitations and help you become strong, flexible, energized and highly focused.
